We may record which letter type you generated and how you shared the platform. Letter content you enter is used to generate your draft and is not stored permanently.

We use your information to send your download link, notify you when new templates launch, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Letter content

Letter form details are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate your draft. We recommend you avoid including sensitive information beyond what the letter requires.

4. Email service

We use Brevo to store and manage email communications, including waitlist sign-ups and product updates.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use browser local storage to remember whether you have completed the share step and to track referral codes, and anonymous analytics to understand traffic. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
